STEPHENS' confidential channel for employees, suppliers and clients. It receives ethics and integrity reports — conflicts of interest, fraud or bribery (Law 20.393, Crime Prevention Model) —, reports of workplace harassment, sexual harassment and violence at work (Law 21.643), and other irregularities.
1. File the report. In writing through this form, or verbally to the employer.
2. Cooperate with the investigation. The reporting person provides the background and evidence they consider relevant in the internal investigation.
3. Respect due process. The stages of the process and the decisions adopted within the investigation are safeguarded.
Ethics and integrity: conflicts of interest, fraud, bribery or other offenses under Law 20.393, and irregularities affecting clients, suppliers or the service. Investigated under the Crime Prevention Model, with identity protection.
Workplace harassment and violence (Law 21.643): the legal protocol applies — confidential investigation within statutory deadlines, with referral to the Labor Authority where applicable. Due process requires the reporting person to be identified.
Reports are handled with confidentiality and diligence, protecting the safety of the reporting person. The information provided is used exclusively for the investigation.
