How we handle your personal data when you visit this site or contact us, in accordance with Chilean data protection law (Law 21.719).

Data you provide: when you complete a quote or inquiry form we receive your name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. We only ask for what we need to reply.
Automatic data: we log the IP address and approximate location for security purposes — abuse prevention and site protection. Location is estimated at city or country level from the IP address and does not identify your exact address.
Browsing and analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources). You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your use of the site.
To answer your quotes and inquiries, manage any business relationship that follows, protect the security of the site and improve our content. We do not use your data for purposes other than those declared, nor subscribe you to communications you did not request.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Technology providers that operate the site, email and analytics (for example, Google) process data on our behalf to deliver those services. To estimate the approximate location, the IP address is checked against a geolocation service.
Reports filed through our Reporting Channel are handled confidentially in accordance with Law 21.643. We do not log the location of the reporting person.
Law 21.719 grants you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data. To exercise them, write to contacto@agenciastephens.com stating your request; we will reply within the legal deadlines.
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or while a legal obligation to retain it exists. Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with its update date.
